* Pricing is based on standard Wordpress, nterchange or Ruby-on-Rails based websites. Additional monthly fees may apply to custom apps, CMS's or unsupported plugins which require special considerations and testing. The following details apply to both hosting packages: Web hosting is provided using Rackspace, Digital Ocean, Amazon or Heroku. Daily backups are stored off-site with Strongspace. End-to-end TLS encryption is available on all sites, automated via Let's Encrypt. Traffic is routed through a TLS-Terminating Caching Proxy for maximum web performance. Server monitoring is provided real-time. Software updates are regularly monitored and routine upgrades are included. 24/7 downtime alerting and statistics are provided by PagerDuty. Code is hosted in a private repository on Github. Code changes are deployed using Git, Capistrano, and Heroku Toolbelt, supporting versioned releases and rollback. Virtually all modern web languages and frameworks are supported, but our team work primarily in PHP, Ruby or Node.js. The following additional services are available upon request: Redundant failover nodes are available upon request ($75 monthly fee). High-availability, optimizing CDN is available upon request using CloudFare ($150 one-time setup fee).
